I will be back to my regular blog soon but in the meantime I have some important news to share with you.
You may have noticed – or been told – that the Ray White Balmain office is being rebranded. They will no longer be Ray White Balmain.
I say ‘they’ because we have often been confused as the same business. It’s understandable because we operate as Ray White also, but we are Ray WhiteRozelle and totally independent of the Balmain office.
The good news is that we service the Balmain peninsula and the broader inner west. I have been specialising in properties on the peninsula for many years, and continue to do so, and we are now the only Ray White office in the area.

As we start wrapping up 2022 it’s a good time to remind you that January is one of the busiest months for the real estate search sites like realestate.com.au and domain.com.au, and having an agent that returns to work straight after new year is a distinct advantage for you. I have made some of my best sales in January.
